Real case
An industrial workshop (ADIFE LTDA) that had no indicators designed a system of 14 KPIs and built for each one a sheet with its formula, the document the data comes from, the person responsible and the target. It is a case of a small business with limited resources, not of a plant with management software and a large budget.
