How it works
It does not calculate anything: it is a builder. You enter the lists of Strengths and Weaknesses (internal factors) and Opportunities and Threats (external factors) and, with them in view, you write a strategy for each crossing:
- Offensive: strengths with opportunities.
- Defensive: strengths with threats.
- Reorientation: weaknesses with opportunities.
- Survival: weaknesses with threats.
What matters is that the factors are concrete and verifiable, not general adjectives, and that each strategy has an owner and a date. Everything is saved in your browser.
